Simple Blueberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2c cup Evaporated Cane Juice
- 2 cups Water (very hot)
Directions
I use this recipe as the syrup for Einkorn Blender Pancakes.
- Combine all the frozen berries, evaporated cane juice, water, and Ultra Gel into a sauce pan.
- Heat until warm and you achieve desired thickness
- Blend the mix. You can pulse it to keep it chunky or blend it until smooth, depending on preference.
