Simple Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2c cup Evaporated Cane Juice
  • 2 cups Water (very hot)

Directions

I use this recipe as the syrup for Einkorn Blender Pancakes.

  1. Combine all the frozen berries, evaporated cane juice, water, and Ultra Gel into a sauce pan.
  2. Heat until warm and you achieve desired thickness
  3. Blend the mix.  You can pulse it to keep it chunky or blend it until smooth, depending on preference.
