I woke up this morning wanting waffles. Einkorn flour adds so much depth and flavor to these waffles, everyone loved them. I began with freshly ground Einkorn expecting the waffles to be on the heavier side, but I was pleasantly surprised with texture and flavor of these waffles. I love that the Einkorn flour turns these waffles nicely golden too.
