Simple Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Fresh Blueberries (or frozen bluberries, thawed)
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Water (very hot)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all berries, honey, hot water, and chia seed into blender and puree.
  • Heat further, if desired. (not required).
  • Sweeten more, if desired.

I use this recipe as the syrup for Einkorn Blender Pancakes.
