Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap with Einkorn Tortilla

Ingredients

  • Einkorn Tortillas
  • Shredded Chicken
  • Tomatoes Sliced
  • Avocados Sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Honey Mustard Dressing
  • Purple Onion Sliced

1 Quart of Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cup Olive Oil

Notes

1. Make Honey Mustard Dressing. Blend honey, mustard, vinegar, garlic, and lemon juice. While blending, gradually add olive oil.

2. Assemble wrap ingredients on tortilla in desired amounts.
