Here’s how it works:
- You place your order.
- On our next milling day (we mill every few days), we’ll mill your flour in our stone mill.
- On that same day, your order ships out to you via Fedex 2-day or UPS Ground. (read below for shipping details)

Why Whole Grain?
Our whole grain flour has had nothing removed. It’s 100% whole grain.
Whereas, with our All-Purpose Einkorn Flour, the most nutrient dense parts of the grain have been removed – the germ and the bran. And most of the fiber too!
Harvard research has found significant health benefits from eating whole grains, including reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes, plus improved digestive health.

- 100% whole grain einkorn flour.
- Milled fresh in our stone mill, just minutes before it ships to you.

Side Note About Home Milling
You may have heard us teach that the most affordable and practical way to get 100% whole grain einkorn flour is to buy our einkorn berries and mill them into flour at your home. You can learn about that here.
But let’s say you don’t have a grain mill (yet). You’re not alone! Most people don’t. That’s exactly why we’re now offering this freshly milled whole grain einkorn flour.
I just baked my first loaf of bread with this. I’d say it was very successful, but it is the wonderful flavor that is hard to describe. Delicious like no bread I’ve ever had.
My first loaf of a simple whole wheat yeast bread made with this organic whole grain einkorn flour came out beautifully.
And it tastes fantastic. I will not be baking with anything else from now on.
Corinne T Jordan –
I’ve been baking with einkorn now for half a year (no grains for almost 3 years before that) because of a lack of tolerance to grains. I tried one of the competitor brands to see how I would like it. The bread that came from that brand was great but the einkorn from einkorn. com freshly milled… it took it up about 10 notches! I love baking with this einkorn and I finally got brave enough to create my own sourdough yeast. First batch from the competitor brand failed but the batch I started with the freshly milled einkorn went crazy. It pretty much doubles every day in size. You can’t beat the sourdough rustic bread that comes from this einkorn. Hooked for life 🙂
Hi Corinne, we are so glad you are enjoying it and really appreciate the feedback! Thank you!

Have not tried your flour yet. I am looking forward to getting my order. But I have been using Einkorn for over a year now and I Love it!
We educated ourselves on the quality and benefits that Einkorn has to offer. Discovered Europe harvesters and learned more about this unique and ancient flour. By far, Einkorn.com and their harvesters, have captured and retained the special quality of their product. For years, our Einkorn.com baking experience is exceptional. We are grateful finding Einkorn. com. Thanks!

Since receiving my order I’ve made scones, baguettes, ciabatta, and classic sourdough boule. The fresh ground Einkorn I received has been ideal for my weekly baking. I plan to order more.
Kari Thomas –
I made my first sourdough boule. I did use a fine sifter and sift the fresh milled to make more All Purpose for the boule. It came out beautiful and tasted heavenly. I’m going to try it without sifting next.
Since the all purpose is out of stock, I had to get the whole grain einkorn, and while it is good, and I’m so thankful to be able to get it, I prefer the all purpose einkorn. The whole grain does do good for baking, but for frying, I like the all purpose. Whole grain is still a great option though when the all purpose can’t be purchased.
Spectacular. Honestly, the best tasting flour I’ve ever used. I heard about Einkorn some time ago, but only managed to get some recently. I had read some articles which noted how fussy einkorn is, particularly with moisture (both humidity and in the recipe itself). So I was cautious about using it at first. I had nothing to worry about. I used the whole wheat in several recipes– bread, coffee cake, and banana bread. All were incredibly light, easy to work with, and some of the most flavorful I’ve ever used. My entire household struggles with diabetes– mom and I are pre and hubby full blown. When he tested his blood sugar the next day, we were expecting it to be off the charts. If anything, it was lower. Einkorn is a resistant starch. It doesn’t spike blood sugar. And, when included in a balanced diet, like beans, einkorn can lower blood sugar. It’s also got a decent amount of protein in it, so for the first time ever– one slice of an einkorn baked good is enough. It’s satisfying and filling and I can’t recommend it enough. I also bought the whole einkorn berries, which are also spectacular.
Hi Jessie, we really appreciate your feedback and are so glad you are enjoying the flour!

I ordering again! I have used the whole grain einkorn with some AP and King Arthur whole wheat and the sourdough boule was wonderful. Today I’m trying a 100 % whole grain einkorn sourdough with your wonderful flour….recipe and technique from Jovial. Einkorn waffles with my starter discard are lovely, Thanks for this excellent fresh product!
I have been GF for 15 years now and after doing research I found Einkorn and read all the reviews. I took a shot in the dark to try this flour and then have zero symptoms!! I just received 20lbs of your flour for my birthday! I have baking sourdough Einkorn bread and I am so grateful to have this ancient bread back in my life! Thank you for your product!!
Hi SG, we are so glad you are enjoying the flour. Thank you for your feedback!
This Whole Grain Einkorn is a total flavor bomb that enhances bread and makes it more digestible. This is high quality whole grain Einkorn and I am very happy to have found this source. As a German I can attest that the bread I bake tastes amazing with it and it comes freshly milled too. I will order this again for sure. Amazing quality! Thank you for being there ❤️
I have been ordering this whole grain einkorn for several months. I really enjoy using it for my sourdough baking over some other whole grain options. The product freshness helps to keep my sourdough starter very active and happy which results in very flavorful breads for my family and friends. I am so happy that I found this site and have been able to acquire high quality whole grain einkorn in bulk. Without this flour I don’t know if I’d be able to keep providing my family and friends with cinnamon sugar raisin walnut sourdough loaves that taste as good.
Thank you for the feedback! We are so glad you are enjoying the flour!
I was sold after my first order of Einkorn whole grain flour and I will never use “regular” whole wheat flour again. There is just no comparison in flavor or consistency in the baked goods I make. I originally bought it for sourdough bread. It was so delicious, family and friends asked me to make more. Same for pancakes and other recipes. I have tried various packaged Einkorn flours from our local health food markets, but this one is is far superior. I always disliked the flavor and consistency of whole wheat flour. No matter how fresh, the flavor was reminiscent of cardboard. Einkorn.com product has been a game changer. There is just no comparison.
Hi Brenda, thank you so much for the feedback. We are so glad you are enjoying the flour!
Summer McSweeney –
I am so happy I found this product! It is the best whole grain flour I have tried to date. I hope the part comes in soon for the miller so I can get some more.
Hi Summer, we hope so too! Thank you so much for the feedback.
Nicholas Gattuso –
Just ordered my first bag, can’t wait to make a sourdough loaf.
FRANCES DILTS –
Have ordered Einkorn grain in the past, then later it wasn’t available. So happy to get it once again!
Dusty Taylor –
New to einkorn, so after reading all the great reviews will be giving both the flours a try… Going to try my 1st attempt at a sourdough starter….
