Description
The flavor was the BEST einkorn I have ever had. That bit of bitter taste found in other brands is not in this bread!

Ingredients
- 3 3/4 cup Einkorn Flour
- 1 tablespoon Xanthan Gum
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Egg
- 1/2 cup Mild Flavor Olive Oil or melted butter
- 1/4 cup Fat free half & half (Warmed)
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 2 tablespoon Yeast
- 1/2 cup Honey
Instructions
First dissolve yeast and honey in warm water, until bubbly. Â Next, add half of the flour and all of the remaining ingredients. Â Use mixer to mix ingredients and add remaining flour until dough achieves desired consistency.
Knead extensively (15-20 minutes)
Be sure to let it rise until almost double before baking. Rising takes longer than most breads.
Bake @ 350 for 30 min or until done.
